Dr. Angie Haag values preventative care as an effective method of maintaining good health. Preventing a condition from developing is much more affordable and feasible than treating a pre-existing condition! Your pet is most benefited by visiting us at least once a year for a wellness exam. At this time, your companion will receive a full physical exam, checking nose-to-tail for any abnormalities or potential concerns. We can also show you how to brush your pet’s teeth and gums to prevent the painful conditions associated with dental disease.
We request that you bring your pet’s medical history to your first visit. It is helpful to keep a record of your furry friend’s health over the years, including health and behavioral changes. If you happen to keep track of this information, share it with your veterinarian so we can best care for your pet. If you do not keep an updated record, simply fill us in on everything you feel is important and we will do the rest! Our experienced veterinarians will work with whatever information you provide.
In some cases, Dr. Haag will refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.
All patient forms are available on line for your convenience. This allows you to complete the necessary forms in the comfort of your own home or office.
All new clients are required to complete a New Patient Registration Form. This form takes no more than 5 minutes to complete and allows us to record our patients and clients in our practice management software so we can efficiently provide the service your deserve.
